My #1 Secret For Beating the Flu

Over the past several years, there has been mounting evidence showing flu shots don't work!

Study after study is showing that the flu vaccine appears to be ineffective for the elderly, young children or for "any age" person for that matter (1).

Besides the gaining evidence against the lack of effectiveness of the vaccine, there are several serious reactions that can take place as a result of getting the vaccine.

Some of them are:

  •  Life-threatening allergies to various ingredients 
  • Neurological disorders
  • Guillain-Barre Syndrome (a severe paralytic disease that is fatal in about 1 in 20 cases)
  • Encephalitis (brain inflammaton)

Not to mention, there are several toxic substances found in flu shots. A few of these dangerous ingredients include: mercury; aluminum; triton X-100 (a detergent); and ethylene glycol (anti-freeze) (2).

Getting or not getting the flu vaccination is a personal choice. For those who want to know what else they can do to beat the flu in a way that is safe and much more effective…

Vitamin D has been shown time and time again to naturally strengthen the immune system to fight off infectious disease like the flu.

The March 2010 issue of the Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism found that 59 percent of the population is deficient in vitamin d and, even amoung the study's subjects, 25 percent had extremely low levels.

Being deficient in vitamin D is not only a huge contributor to promoting the onset of the flu and several other health problems, it is also the common link between people with degenerative disease's like cancer, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis and kidney failure patients, just to name a few.
